Because of the variety of programs and countries, specific faculty requirements
are met by including Universities local to the program. In Cairo, for
example, we utilize faculty from the American University. Local guides
are selected with the help of the faculty of the program. Our regional
directors are constantly updating their faculty lists as subjects are
added and changed.

Dr.
Randall D. Smith, CTSP International Director, is also program coordinator
for the Israel based programs of the Institute for Biblical Studies
- Jerusalem. His course designs and faculty coordination for these programs
became the model for our programs in every country. He lives in Jerusalem,
and travels frequently to the various course locations.

Ms.
Joan Meyer Keane, CTSP USA Travel Expert, has been on international
programs some forty times, and is a specialist in the Biblical Studies
Programs. She is a professional travel agent and lives in the Columbus,
Ohio area. Her insights in program building have been an important asset,
and her knowledge of air travel has helped us save our clients money
and time.

Mr.
Jack Carstens, CTSP South Africa Director, is an international business
investor who has helped create and open doors in the African programs.
His experience in dealing with African business has been an essential
building block for successful programs. He is the initiator of the "Slave
Trade Route" program, now identified by the South African government
for development. He lives in the Cape Town area.

Mr.
Ioannis Konstas, CTSP Greece Director, lives in Athens and has worked
for seven years recording the journeys of the Apostle Paul in a stunning
photographic record. As the academic coordinator for the Institute for
Biblical Studies - Athens he is responsible for the educational experiences
in the Aegean region.

Mr.
Michael Hodgson, CTSP London representative, is a travel specialist
who has worked in international travel for more than thirty years, and
is a licensed European agent. His program design experience, as well
as his network of European contacts in Christian Programming, brings
important skills to our Church History programs.
